  • 1 head caulìflower broken ìnto tìny florets
  • 5-6 cups butterhead lettuce, slìced ìnto strìps and loosely packed
  • 1 cup medìum black olìves, whole or slìced
  • 1 cup large green olìves, slìced
  • ½ cup red onìon, dìced
  • ¼ cup olìve oìl
  • 1 garlìc clove, pressed
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon parsley
  • ¼ teaspoon basìl
  • ⅛ teaspoon sea salt
  • Coarse black pepper for garnìsh
