  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup stock
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley


  • 1 package lasagna noodles
  • 32 ounces cheese cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 ounces frozen spinach thawed and drained
  • 3 cups sliced barbecued chicken
  • 18 slices provolone cheese


  1. Preheat the kitchen appliance to 350. Cook the lasagna noodles per the package directions, then drain and let cool.
