Honey Sriracha Glazed Meatballs

For the meatballs:

  • 2 lb. lean ground turkey
  • 1 cup whole wheat panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup inexperienced onions, chopped
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. black pepper

For the sauce:

  • ¼ cup Sriracha
  • 3 Tbsp reduced-sodium condiment
  • 3 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp grated contemporary ginger
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp. cooked vegetable oil

  1. Preheat kitchen appliance to 375 degrees F.
  2. In a giant bowl, combine along turkey, breadcrumbs, eggs, inexperienced onions, garlic powder and salt/pepper till well combined. form mixture into 1½-inch balls (you’ll create roughly forty balls) and place spaced apart on ready baking sheets gently sprayed with preparation spray.
  3. Bake meatballs for twenty to twenty five minutes, or till brunette and broiled through.
  4. While the meatballs ar baking, mix all the ingredients for the sauce during a tiny pan and produce to a boil medium heat, whisking unendingly. cut back heat and simmer for eight to ten minutes (the sauce can begin to thicken) then toss with the meatballs.
  5. Serve instantly over rice and high with inexperienced onions and some benny seeds. Enjoy!
