KETO BACON CHEESEBURGER CASSEROLE

Ingredients:
Beef Layer:

  • 1 onion quartered and sliced
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • 750 g ground/mince beef
  • 60 g cheese full fat
  • 3 slices bacon diced
  • salt/pepper to style

Cheats bechamel sauce:

  • 3 eggs – medium
  • 125 millilitre cream
  • 100 g shredded/grated cheese
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 2 gherkins/pickles sliced
  • salt/pepper to style
  • 50 g shredded/grated cheese to sprinkle over

Instructions:
Beef Layer:

  1. Fry the bacon items till boiled then take away and put aside.
  2. Fry the onion, garlic and beef till totally boiled. Add salt and pepper to style, stir through the cheese.
  3. Pour the meat layer into the baking dish. Sprinkle the bacon items over.

Cheats bechamel sauce:

  1. Mix the eggs, cream, shredded/grated cheese, mustard, salt and pepper along. Pour the bechamel sauce over the meat and bacon.
  2. Place slices of gherkins/pickles everywhere the highest then cowl with the remanning shredded/grated cheese.
  3. Bake at 180C/350F for quarter-hour till the cheese is golden and crisp.
  4. Serve with dish and one minute salad dressing.
