Ingredients:

  • 4-5 boneless pork chops
  • 2 1/2 lbs red potatoes (chopped into massive bite-sized pieces)
  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning combine
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced or ironed (I use garlic paste)
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground oregano

Instructions:
