Shrimp Avocado Garlic Bread

  • 1 loaf ciabatta (or sourdough) bread, dig 1cm slices
  • 1/3 cup paste

Garlic Shrimp:

  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • Juice of 0.5 a lemon (about 1-2 tablespoons)
  • 1 pound (500g) shrimp, no tail, raw and deveined
  • 1/4 cup contemporary parsley, finely shredded

Avocado Salad:

  • Cooked shrimp (see above)
  • 1 avocado, cubed
  • 1 cup grape (or cherry) tomatoes, halved
  • Juice of 0.5 a lemon (about 1-2 tablespoons)
  • Salt to season
