Slow Cooker Beef and Cheese Pasta

  • 2 lb. lean beef
  • 1 yellow onion, diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 15 oz. spaghetti sauce sauce
  • 15 oz. poached tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Red pepper flakes to style
  • 2 tablespoons condiment
  • 2 beef broth cubes
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • Salt and pepper to style
  • 10 oz. frozen spinach, cooked
  • 1 lb. penne/rigatoni/bow tie food, broiled hard
  • 1/2 cup cheese cheese, shredded
  • 1 one/2 cups cheese cheese, shredded

  1. Over medium high heat, brown the meat till broiled. Drain any fat
  2. Remove beef and saute onions and garlic till onions ar clear
  3. Transfer onions and beef to a slow cookware and pour in spaghetti sauce sauce, tomatoes, basil, oregano, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, condiment, fragmented beef broth cubes and sugar
  4. Stir to combine well and season with salt and pepper to style
  5. Cook for 6-8 hours on low
  6. Cook the food until hard, in keeping with package directions. Drain well and add broiled food, cheese and cheese to the meat sauce and stir to mix
  7. Cook on high for half-hour
  8. Mix in broiled or raw spinach leaves and stir well
  9. Dish and serve hot
